Awesome progress from this client so far (you know who you are)

5 months into our journey so far and the weight is over 5kg down. More importantly her body composition has changed for the better. Unfortunately we didn’t have access to a scanner for this. (Would loved to have seen the progress stats)

Proud coach due to the way this has been achieved, she has given 100% to her workouts and worked really hard on her lifestyle and recovery between sessions!

Really good habits have been created and an enjoyment for training has been established!

This setting us up excellently for the future and achieving further goals.

My name is Kyle Faulkner. I'm a level 4 Strength & Conditioning Coach and a Level 2 TPI Certified Trainer with over eight years in personal training. Coming from a background in semi-pro, I've developed a deep understanding of athletic performance, which now fuels my passion for golf fitness. Playing off plus figures, I know firsthand the demands of the game and how the right training can transform performance. My approach is functional and strength focused, improving mobility, strength and cardiovascular fitness while keeping an athletic edge. I work to not only achieve short term goals, but also to create lifelong habits so that progress is never lost. Combining my social and communication skills with my knowledge, I have successfully worked with all abilities, ranging from complete beginners, to top level athletes.
