Try adding 2/3 small very achievable tasks to your day. Things that are instrumental to way you go about your day and will ad value but also take you closer and closer to your goals. 

Achieving these small tasks on a daily basis will bring you a sense of fulfilment this compounding over time to hopefully a positive growth in the way you go about your day.

Mine are;

  • Eat a substantial breakfast.
  • Do some mobility.
  • Go to sleep 8 hours before I need to get up, ensuring I’ve replied to client comms.

My name is Kyle Faulkner. I'm a level 4 Strength & Conditioning Coach and a Level 2 TPI Certified Trainer with over eight years in personal training.
