Now I know for some this comes naturally and some of you are probably saying itβs easy for us to say, and you guys are lucky.Β
In some cases this may be true, however Iβm sure a lot of people would agree and say theyβve worked hard over time to ensure they enjoy what they do. Also that they have put themselves out there and tried different types of training to find what their passion might be. There are so many different modalities and ways of training, have you tried them out?
Donβt knock it until youβve tried it!
Another variable you can change to try and enjoy your fitness is your environment and/or the people you surround yourself with. Now you still may not massively enjoy the physical side of training however if you are rewarded with new friendships, a sauna after the session, confidence boost from a coach or just a really good laugh with others. This is likely increase you commitment and consistency to your journey as there is a reason for you to go back, and to state the obvious increasing these will probably bring some better results π
