My name is Kyle Faulkner. I'm a level 4 Strength & Conditioning Coach and a Level 2 TPI Certified Trainer with over eight years in personal training. Coming from a background in semi-pro, I've developed a deep understanding of athletic performance, which now fuels my passion for golf fitness. Playing off plus figures, I know firsthand the demands of the game and how the right training can transform performance.
