About Your Coach
My name is Kyle Faulkner.
My passion for sport and fitness emerged at an early age; my first word being ‘ball’… I think speaks volumes.
Growing up, I was the kid who played everything, with football being my main sport I played my youth football in academies and am now currently playing semi-pro, alongside a keen interest for golf.
Taking that passion for fitness into the gym, I have seen huge benefits to my health, as well as a drastic change in my physique in the first few years of training. Being able to provide my clients with the same sense of self-progression and achievement is extremely rewarding for me, and ultimately is the reason why
I love my job.
Aspiring to better my clients and myself every day, I work to not only achieve short term goals, but also to create lifelong habits so that progress is never lost.
Combining my social and communication skills with my knowledge, I have successfully worked with all abilities, ranging from complete beginners, to my client who plays international hockey for Scotland.
